RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) has designated this space to be the Dining cum Breakout Room for their own staff along with their clients, visitors and the likes. Located @ Wing A the Ground Floor of BC4 RAKEZ Bldg in Ras Al-Khaimah, the space is approx 115 sq mts with a dedicated food counter display area and open dining area with various seating type application like the normal dining set-up, banquet seating, bar-height seating & a modular seating in the middle which can be use as dining cum casual seating set-up which is perfect for meeting and collaboration.
Open dining area is provided with 2 large wall tv’s cladded with plant feature including writing wall. Modern urban design is the theme of the entire space, with gray color anti-slippery porcelain tiles in matte finish. Walls are painted in gray & white paint finish; open slab ceiling in paint finish with feature of drop ceiling & pendant light fixtures including round AC diffusers in metal finish. Counter in black absolute marble with wooden veneer base cladding with feature of suspended shelves in wooden finish and supported by black steel frames in black powder coated paint finish. Outdoor dining is also provided with matching outdoor dining tables & chairs complete with plants ang fake grass floor covering.
