Gemaco Interiors scope in this Design and Build project here is “Design” meaning Interior design development based on client’s concept design received from the tender doc. Detailed Design development for Architectural & MEP for authority approvals & Loose Furniture. Project comprises of 2 buildings for 4 full floors, 3 of which are for offices & 1 floor dedicated for a breakout & play area overlooking the marina sea view. This is located inside the new Marina View development located @ Mina Rashid Dubai.
Interior theme is of modern & contempary design. Concrete finish vinyl flooring with exposed painted open slab ceiling. Clear glass partitions with black powder coated frames. Dedicated centralised pantry counters with black absolute counters & oak wooden veneer cabinets. Main feature is the Breakout area @ the roof deck where we built new roofing & external wall cladding. It was challenging as the scope involved steel construction & major civil works. This area is the coolest space in this project, having such nice scandinavian soft seatings & breakout furniture with the inclusion of billiard and foosball tables for staff.
